As she appeared around 1902
The Old Victorian circa 1902

Our house is a Queen Anne Victorian that according to the tax records, was built in 1902. She has somewhere over 4000 square feet, more than 40 windows, three fire places, two and a half baths, two stories, two kitchens, a wrap around porch, a screened in porch, a sunroom, parlor, formal dining room, library, and of course, a tower.

Equipped with extensive mahagony wainscotting, massive mahagony window casements, yellow-pine flooring throughout, and a gorgeous curved staircase, she embodies many of the most attractive traits of the Victorian era and style.

Did I mention she has a tower?

She’s been vacant though supervised for several years. She sits on a half-acre corner lot.

On this page we’ll link to articles about her construction.
