Wow! There is a saying about a plumber’s plumbing always being bad; this is an electrician’s electricity! LOL! Really, when it became clear that you and your wife had made the commitment, and I having experience with Previously Lived-In homes, a little voice in my head was calling out “Check the wiring!”. The home looks great, and will be a nice writer’s nest. Looking forward to the updates from The Tower.
